Shipping Policy

Shipping & Turnaround Policy

All items are custom and handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) for your order to be completed.

The 2-week turnaround time is production time only and does not include shipping time.

Once your order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped via USPS. Shipping time begins after the turnaround/production period.

All orders are shipped through USPS.
Delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery delays are outside of my control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need your order for a specific date, please order early enough to allow for both the up to 2-week production time and USPS shipping time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the turnaround and shipping policy.

Thank you for supporting my small handmade business! ❤️
